SHOUT UNTO THE LORD!!!

Psalm 100
A psalm. For giving thanks.
1 Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
2 Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
3 Know that the LORD is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.
5 For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.-NIV

As believers we have the ability to know we serve a mighty and awesome Lord. A savior who is worthy to receive all of our glory and honor all of the time! Often we put ourselves into a comfort box. We need to jump out of our box and SHOUT UNTO THE LORD! As we shout and as we proclaim the promises of the Lord an excitement can rise up with in us. Psalm 100 shows us ways to shout to the Lord. We can worship! We can know that he is God! We can be thankful! We can be faithful, proclaiming triumphs to the Lord!

The other day I experienced this first hand as the Lord encouraged me to give a shout of victory. I believe God is going to release a new anointing on His people as we step out of our comfort boxes. He will give us a new boldness, allowing us to go out, to shout His name and to proclaim His truth with a determination that will be heard.
