To Write or Not to Write
John 14:12-14
“12 I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater tings than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the son may bring glory to the Father. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.”
It’s funny to me that for so long I have actually been fighting the fact that I am supposed to write. Then the other day I was told by God, my husband, and a brother and sister in the Lord to write. Hmm… Guess my question got answered. SO I WRITE!!
Now that the question has been answered and I know what I have to do all of a sudden there come’s distractions, fear, anxiety, and the dreaded WHAT IF’S!!!
Well to all of these I say Behind me Satan God has something BIG in store for my family and I and I am tired of your lies!! In the name of Jesus be gone! Lord fill me with the peace that passes understanding and the assurance that comes from knowing Jesus Christ as my savior, remind me I have the mind of Christ and allow me to use the gifts you have given me to serve you and those around me.
We have authority in the powerful name of Jesus Christ to rebuke the enemy. Sometimes it requires us to step out of our comfort zone and be bold in that authority. If rightly used in faith we can make the enemy flee, heal the sick, save the lost, we can even go into the enemies camp and take back all that he has stolen from us.
I think it is high time we put on our walking boots and walked all over the enemy instead of letting him try to walk all over us!!
